The Danish government and the social partners have during the almost two years of the COVID-19 pandemic concluded 21 tripartite agreements (two not related to the pandemic) to support workers and enterprises.

This is an unprecedented number of tripartite agreements and confirm the extraordinary nature of the pandemic.

On top of strong finances, the close tripartite cooperation has contributed to a fast recovery of the Danish economy. After an increase in the unemployment the tide has turned. The unemployment rate is now below the pre-COVID-19 level and the number of people in employment has never been higher.
